West Virginia Black Heritage Festival

The 2008 West Virginia Black Heritage Festival will be held September 5th, 6th and 7th on E. B. Saunders Way (formerly Water Street)  More information on the 2007 Schedule of Events  page!

VENDORS MUST BE SET UP BY 10:00 A.M. ON SATURDAY AND BY 1:00 P.M. ON SUNDAY-POSITIVELY NO SET-UP AFTER 11:00 A.M. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6TH.

Rates for this year's festival are as follows:

          Space          $60.00

          Tables         $20.00

          Electricity   $30.00-Additional hook-up $5.00

We supply 110 volts for electric use so you must use heavy duty extension cords ONLY.  If you are a food vendor, you must adhere to Harrison County food handlers regulations.  Reservations will be assigned on a first paid basis.  The Festival committee will be selling T-shirts.  Small through extra large shirts are $10.00.  Double X (xxl) and up are $12.00.  This year's festival should prove to be the best yet.
